Manchester City Team Announced for FA Cup Semifinal Clash with Chelsea

Walker, Stones, and Ake Lead City Defense

Guardiola Selects Strong Lineup for Wembley Showdown

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has announced his starting XI for tomorrow's FA Cup semifinal clash against Chelsea at Wembley Stadium. The team will feature a solid defensive lineup, with Kyle Walker, John Stones, and Nathan Ake forming the back three. Aymeric Laporte and Joao Cancelo will provide cover as left and right wing-backs.

In midfield, Rodri will anchor the team, with Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva operating ahead of him in a creative role. Jack Grealish will start on the left wing, while Riyad Mahrez takes up his position on the right.

Leading the attacking line will be Erling Haaland, who has been in sensational form for City this season. The Norwegian striker will be looking to add to his impressive goal tally against a Chelsea defense that has been struggling for consistency.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 16:15 GMT. City will be hoping to reach the final for the second time in three years, having won the competition in 2019 and 2021. Chelsea, on the other hand, will be aiming to upset the odds and end City's impressive run in the FA Cup.
