In a shocking incident, 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of the upcoming Western film, "Rust," on Thursday. The incident occurred when actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun, mistakenly loaded with live ammunition, while rehearsing a scene.
